I am a Digital Construction Leader, BIM Manager, Consultant, and Lecturer with 12+ years of international experience across Australia, the Middle East, Africa, and the United States.

About Me
Over 13 years working across Australia, the Middle East, Africa and North America revealed a recurring pattern: BIM failures rarely stem from software limitations. They stem from inconsistent standards, poor data governance, fragmented workflows and a lack of independent quality oversight. Mahmoud El Charif helps project teams identify and eliminate these risks before they become costly delivery issues. Through BIM assurance, standards development, coaching and strategic advisory services, he supports organisations seeking greater certainty, compliance and performance across complex projects.
